I traded this with a friend years ago - it is a huge chunk of pegmatite, with plenty Uraninite crystals growing in/on a blade of Biotite (sorry, Phlogopite, I mean Annite, ... say black mica!) from Gislaved in Sweden. The Uraninite invariably grows on black mica blades, later overgrown by the feldspar of the pegmatite. |
