	Arsenic from Christian d. 6te's Gruve, Kongsberg, Buskerud, Norway. This is an antique specimen (probably from around 1800) and though inconspicuous absolutely unique. The literature suggests Arsenic is only known from ore microscopy in Kongsberg.
	Arsenic from Jáchymov (Joachimsthal), Böhmen, Czech Republic. This peculiar habit of native Arsenic was available from Jáchymov in the mid 1980s. It is composed of diverging, slender 'ropes' of Arsenic - the material is very brittle and the 'ropes' are only loosely attached to each other. I got this in 'the good old days' of Communist rule (if you believe I want them back, you should have your head looked into!) and am not sure how they were procured, but rumors claim a couple of collectors had a 'secret place' in the mine and brought the specimens out. Same rumors claim supply ceased because the mine caved in over them. I do not know if this is true, but please remember that old mines may be dangerous and that no specimen, however wonderful, is worth a life.

	Eagles Nest Mine (Placer Co., California, USA) will always stand out as one of the top- notch Gold deposits in the World. Few other localities have produced that many specimens of such high quality - even the poor specimens from Eagles Nest Mine are superb!
